A surprisingly nice escape

The front desk staff greeted us warmly, and our room was clean and well-maintained with cozy bedding. Great location near popular attractions made it easy to explore.

The price was right and the location was decent. The staff was great, the gentleman was very kind, and told us where to park if the parking-lot was full, which was a relief under such circumstances.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

We had a pleasant stay with our two kids, enjoying the comfortable room and the great location near downtown Sacramento. After exploring the nearby parks and biking trails, it was nice to return to a clean space with a fridge to store snacks.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly food options available.

capital city inn downtown convention center has a great location near downtown, making it easy to explore. the second room we got was much cleaner and had all the amenities like a microwave and fridge. also, the attentive staff made our check-in smooth.

The room was decently big with a fridge and microwave. I actually felt safe at night, which is a bonus, and the free WiFi was reliable for my Netflix binge!
